Is a-term used to describe sources of energy that are considered to be environmentally friendly and non polluting; reducing greenhouse gas emission and help protect our environment with our range of green energy options; the fuel switch technology, the conversion of gas turbines, simple cycle to work as combined cycle.

The most important achievement for the year 2008 is summarized as the following:

• The ATPS project has conservatively reduced Green House Gas (GHG) emission by about 400,000 tones of CO2 equivalent per year (t CO2 e/yr).

• Conversion of the CEGCO Rehab Gas Turbine Power Station (No.2 Fr 9 E) to combined cycle on Both Natural Gas and distillate Fuels is expected to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide by over 60% .
